Meihong Wang joined Facebook in 2012 and currently is Engineering Director for news feed relevance, responsible for showing most relevant content to users in news feed. The team works on ML infra/ML modeling/ranking, news feed ecosystem optimization, end to end delivery system and also defining user interaction models on mobile. Before Facebook, Meihong studied machine learning at University of Southern California where he published papers at NIPS, AISTATS, ICASSP.
