Nick Chia，Asia Medical Director at Ipsen, China.Coordinate, support and oversee local medical teams from Affiliates and Partners in the region on all aspect of Medical Affairs activities. Provide medical inputs of local market from Affiliates & Partners for franchise plans Identification, mapping and development of KOLs across region in close coordination with the affiliates. Provision of scientific support to medical and marketing activities as required (e.g. Yearly Medical Affairs plan including KOL mapping, promotional copy design, brand reviews, market research, advisory boards, and support to APAC affiliates). Provision of scientific and medical support in the preparation of dossiers for the design and approval of promotional materials in line with Franchise guidelines. Provide input to using the Clinical Data for defining the medical aspect of the product strategy in view of optimal product positioning and competitive rebuttals. Co-ordinate and utilize specialist knowledge with colleagues in formulating and implementing medical strategy. Ensure that all clinical trials and promotional materials are conducted locally in accordance with prevailing SOP, local/regional/international standards of practice (GCP, GPP). Participate actively in working groups and initiatives dealing with processes and procedures.
